SHIPPING INFORMATION & POLICIES
SHIPPING INFO
Orders will be processed and shipped in approx. 5-7 business days on in stock items. Business days do not include weekends or US holidays. Product will ship via USPS Media Mail or with UPS depending on product type and quantity.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Thank you for your interest in purchasing our products internationally. The choice to exclude from the webstore was not ours, we are limited by varying international requirements. We do ship direct internationally but need your help to ensure a seamless transaction. Please send your Name, Address and Country to enclavedirect@
PRE-ORDERS:
Any items that are marked as "pre-order" will be delivered by the release date on the product page. If you place an order with both in-stock and pre-order items, we will ship in stock items in 3-5 business days and then pre-order items by their release date.
Return & Exchange Policy
Enclave Publishing (or Oasis Family Media, LLC.) only accepts return and exchange requests for products bought direct via website, we will not accept a return purchased from another source.
Our policy lasts only 60 days from time of purchase, anything older than that we are not able to accept. In the event a return is necessary, please send the book unread and in the condition it was received, a packing slip and copy of the purchase receipt to our address below. We will refund shipping cost only in the event the error was made on our end.
If the return is accepted, all refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. If there is an issue with refunding back to the original payment method, store credit will be issued. Enclave Publishing (or Oasis Family Media, LLC.) accepts return and exchange requests within 60 business days of shipment receipt.
Damaged Product:
Damaged products must be reported within 7 business days of shipment receipt via email with photographs to Enclavedirect@oasisaudio.com and then sent to the address below and a replacement will be sent.
In addition, if your exterior shipping box arrives damaged, please take a picture of the exterior box so we may begin a claim with the shipper.
Exceptions:
All clearance, imperfect, and scratched and scuffed items are final sale (unless defective as outlined above). Sale items, limited editions & pre-order items do not qualify for return or refund, due to limited nature of the item. Exchange items are not guaranteed in stock.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs on a return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We suggest you obtain a tracking number when shipping and if the value is over $75 you should consider purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of a return.
